About Joe Lucé
A Wrongful Death and Injury Attorney Serving North Texas & Across the State
For over twenty-five years, Joe has represented clients in complicated personal injury lawsuits and catastrophic cases in McKinney, Plano, Frisco, Allen, and most of Collin County, North Texas and the state, partnering with attorneys on other matters throughout the entire United States.
Joe believes, “the primary purpose of the legal profession is to find, recognize, interpret and preserve the truth and advance fairness with respect. To recognize strengths, weaknesses, exposure, and what’s in the BEST INTERESTS of the clients not only short term but also and critically important, long term. Society thrives only when justice is based on these fundamentals. The integrity of the legal system and its proponents is of vital concern to everyone. The best and only way to serve a client’s interests is with the truth, honesty, and candor.” Joe tells his clients:
“I am not hired to tell you what you want to hear. I’m hired to tell you what you need to hear. And sometimes what you need to hear is not what you want to hear.”
“This kind of guidance is a necessary ingredient for our clients to obtain the best results and achieve a successful outcome amicably, fairly, and cost-efficiently.”
These are principles adhered to by Joe and each member of his firm Joe Knows Law every day they practice law. Since he began serving as an attorney, Joe has had the objective of providing the highest quality legal service possible, firmly believing that each of us has an obligation to not only preserve but to improve the quality of life in our community and to “make a difference” in the lives and businesses of others.
Joe has been a longtime volunteer at Lovejoy Elementary School, Sloan Creek Middle School, and Lovejoy High School, and has been an active supporter at the new Lovejoy High School boosting both educational and sports programs and facilities. Joe considers himself to be blessed beyond words through his marriage of twenty years to his wife Jill, and through his role as a father to their three sons, Jake, Jackson, Justice and their daughter, Jessica. Most of Joe’s spare time is spent on his favorite passion – his family. Joe especially enjoys watching their older two boys play collegiate baseball, and their third son plays high school football and basketball, and their daughter in her music and dance concerts. Also, Joe enjoys travel with his wife, working out, restaurants, the beach, and the mountains.
