Do You Work On a Contingency basis?

When it comes to representing personal injury victims, Lucé Law Firm typically uses a contingency fee system. Many times, clients who have suffered from a personal injury cannot afford to retain a lawyer right away. Furthermore, many of our clients are temporarily or even permanently unable to work as a result of the accident. A contingency fee system means that we subtract our lawyer fees from your settlement payout at the end of the trial or mediation. We explain the fees ahead of time, and usually calculate them as a percentage of the total settlement amount. If we lose your case and you do not receive an award, we will not charge you anything, since our fees are fully contingent on the success of your suit.
